English Breakfast. So, you’ve come all the way to Spain, and all you want is chicken and chips….
Darjeeling. There is an unspoken code among Darjeeling drinkers in our shop. It’s that little nod of recognition between savants. Not quite as exacting as a Masonic handshake, but somewhat more involved than, say, the affection between Volkswagen drivers.
Earl Grey. I believe you wanted to say something about Earl Grey, Lee Rosy? Ah, there you are. Yes, i’m thinking of that timeless aromas of summer fruit.
Spicy Chai. Chai, or masala chai to use its proper name (meaning espiced teai in Hindi) may be fairy recent arrival in Britain, but it follows an old formula in India.
Forest Berries. Elderberries, hibiscus blossoms, apple pieces, blackcurrant, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and strawberry leaves.
Moroccan Nana Mint. Nothing but pure Moroccan NANA mint leaves. As close as you can get to the souk without your own mint plant.
